The latest reprints have been getting different cover art, but the contents are the same aside from the incorporation of errata, so the one with the Atlas on the cover will be a newer printing, but it's best to double check what printing it says it is. Those are all the current rulebooks, yes, with a bit of an exception: tactical Operations is out of circulation temporarily since it's being split into two separate volumes.
